  1. Looks well organized but I don't see the goal listed anywhere. Did you include it and I didn't see it? If not, I would definitely include it somewhere in your plan.

  2. Very well thought out action research plan. This is definitely something that your faculty can learn from. Having technology is a great thing, but unless training is included with that technology, the technology is useless, or is left to trial and error learning. You have a great outline already thought out and in place. I am confident that your faculty will appreciate your efforts and all they learn from the training. Best of luck.

  3. Terry,

This looks excellent! Have you considered adding a step that involves researching current uses for the computers in the classroom? Also, does your school have device policies or guidelines for the use of technology in the classroom?

  4. I was just wondering how you are going to measure engagement of students as related to the use of the Latitudes. Aren't you trying to measure the engagement of students that results from best practices? Also, I was wondering if you you are going to take measurements before the Latitudes and then after? I love, love, love the training in this plan. There's nothing worse than teachers who get new technology and have no training. I'm interested to see how this comes out.

  5. I am very interested in your topic seeing as how technology is so strongly making its way into education. I also think it is great that you are making sure to train teachers on how to fully implement these devices. It seems that you also have a lot of reflections in your evaluations, so it will be nice that you also have data analysis to look at as well.

  6. I like your topic and will be interested to see how things progress. I also like how you are going to engage the faculty in the use of the computers in the classroom. I agree with Brad (from earlier) that training the teachers is crucial.
